Job Summary:
Lead laboratory operations and ensure quality testing is done per standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise lab staff and daily testing activities
Ensure GMP, GLP and food safety compliance
Review and approve lab reports and COAs
Coordinate with production and QA on quality issues
Minimum Qualification:
Degree in Food Science / Chemistry / Microbiology + 5 years’ experience
