Manage a portfolio of key client accounts across the Company and aim to maintain sustainable long-term relationships and maximize sales opportunities.
Act as the primary communication link between clients, third-party in-country partners, and internal functions.
Manage day-to-day requests from existing clients and ensure efficient, timely, and professional responses to clients' incoming requests.
Play an integral role in new business proposals for existing clients, including the preparation of proposals and quotations for services. Oversee the effective onboarding of new clients and contractors.
Collaborate with third-party in-country partners throughout Africa to generate locally compliant employment contracts and onboard contractors following the Company’s governance processes and procedures.
Facilitate the offboarding and termination of contractors in accordance with applicable labor laws, with the assistance of in-country partners and the internal Legal & Compliance team.
Work closely with clients to deliver ancillary services, including immigration management of expatriate contractors.
Collaborate with internal departments (to identify and implement process improvements and best practices. Aim to drive excellence, eliminate errors, and enhance client retention.
Propose relevant and innovative solutions to clients to effectively resolve payroll and HR challenges throughout Africa, adding value to clients, enhancing retention, and improving satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar key account management or Human Resource role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Knowledge of labor laws across Africa is advantageous.
High level of diligence, responsibility, and professionalism.
