Ons kliënt, ‘n gevestigde boerdery in P.A Hamlet, is opsoek na ‘n Junior Produksie Bestuur om by hul steen- en kernvrugte produksiespan aan te sluit.

Our client, an established farming operation in Prince Alfred Hamlet, is seeking a Junior Production Manager to join their stone fruit and pome fruit production team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Stone Fruit and Pome Fruit Production
• Quality Management
• People Management
• Audits and Compliance (GlobalG.A.P., SIZA, etc.)
• Health and SafetyRecord Keeping and Reporting

VEREISTES:

• Matrieksertifikaat.
• 'n Tersiêre kwalifikasie in Landbou sal voordelig wees.
• 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in boerdery.
• Basiese rekenaarvaardighede.
• 'n Geldige bestuurslisensie ('n swaarvoertuiglisensie sal voordelig wees).
• Werkkennis van vrugteproduksie.
• Uitstekende menseverhoudings en die vermoë om in 'n span te werk.
• Sterk leierseienskappe en die vermoë om inisiatief te neem.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric Certificate.
• A tertiary qualification in Agriculture will be advantageous.
  3–5 years' experience in farming.
• Basic computer skills.
• A valid driver's license (a heavy vehicle license will be advantageous).
• Working knowledge of fruit production.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to take initiative.
