• Matric
• Fluent in Afrikaans (spoken and written)
• Diploma in Agriculture, OR minimum 3 years’ practical experience in Stone Fruit or Orchard fruit farming
• Strong practical farming knowledge
• Ability to manage daily farm operations
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Willingness to take responsibility and work hands-on in the field
