Our client in the Agriculture sector is urgently looking to employ an experienced Junior Export Sales Coordinator / Junior Trade Support Administrator at their organization
Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape
Purpose of the role
Coordinate and support fruit export sales activities as per the sales plan and provide administrative support to the Commercial Managers, ensuring efficient and best-practice service to our clients.
Requirements:
- Commercial qualification required – preferably B.Comm in Marketing or Logistics Management
- 3 – 5 years of experience citrus or fruit export industry
- Experience in PR3 will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support fruit export sales activities as per the sales plan and provide administrative support to the Commercial Managers to ensure efficient and best-practice service to clients
- Create and administer COS between the company and clients, including updating of shipping schedule, updating LoadBuilder, and timeous and accurate information/document exchange between the company and stakeholders/clients
- Allocate stock according to availability in line with clients' weekly demand/purchase as per Commercial Manager's instruction
- Finalise sales with Commercial Managers
- Upkeep of the pricing system
- Data capturing in PR3
- Monitor stock and age of pallets
- Assist other departments with data capturing during the off-peak season
- General administration associated with the position
