Key Responsibilities

• Produce 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software.
• Create manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, and installation drawings.
• Revise and update existing drawings as required.
• Generate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and supporting documentation.
• Assist engineers with design modifications and product improvements.
• Maintain drawing registers and document control systems.
• Ensure drawings comply with engineering standards and specifications.
• Support production teams with technical drawing clarification.
• Participate in design reviews and project meetings.
• Assist with engineering change management processes.

• National Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Draughting, or a related field.
• CAD certification advantageous.

• 1–3 years of drafting experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

• AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, or similar CAD software.
• Basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication processes.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite.
