Junior AI Agents required to focus on building, integrating, and testing autonomous workflows that allow AI to solve business problems.
KPA's:
Connect to software tools to perform tasks like updating CRM systems or analyzing data without continuous human input
Building Workflows: Designing the logic and prompts that dictate how an AI handles multi-step processes across different platforms.
System Integrations: Writing basic scripts (usually in Python or JavaScript) and connecting AI models with APIs, databases, and third-party apps.
Testing and Refining: Validating AI responses, testing edge cases, and tweaking prompts so the agent performs reliably without going off-track.
Task Automation: Setting up systems that proactively handle repetitive, lower-level operations like web scraping, data formatting, or report generation.
Documentation & Training: Helping non-technical teams adopt these tools by writing guides and documenting how specific AI workflows function
