Janitor - Windhoek

We are looking for a Janitor to join our team. This position is responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining portable toilets and related facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.
Responsibilities:

• Perform regular cleaning of portable toilets to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Carry out thorough disinfection of surfaces to promote a safe and sanitary environment.
• Inspect the overall condition of facilities and report any issues, damages, or repair requirements.
• Replenish necessary supplies, including soap, toilet paper, and other hygiene products, as needed.
• Follow all applicable health, safety, and sanitation procedures and regulations.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and organized condition.

This is an on-site position. Cleaning and maintenance attendants will be deployed exclusively to client locations when on-site cleaning and maintenance services are requested by the client.

Required profile for job ad : Janitor - Windhoek

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Cleaning or janitorial experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in English (additional local languages are an advantage).
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required.
• Willing to be deployed to client sites and remain on-site for the duration of events or contracts when requested by the client.
