What You’ll Do

• Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
• Ensure security, backups, and system updates.
• Document issues and solutions effectively.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
• Familiarity with IT support tools and remote access.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Customer-focused and service-oriented.
• IT certifications are an added advantage.
