Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backup.
- Manage email systems, internet connectivity, and network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3- 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
