• Plan for, and executes service activities on installed machines, including assisting with installations, discontinuance and repairs.
• Minimise assigned equipment downtime to optimise system performance.

• 2 - 4 years of Technical Support with an emphasis in MS Operating Systems, MS Office or Office 365 and Office Applications
