Internal Sales : Key Accounts

Currently, we are seeking a dedicated Internal Sales professional to join a dynamic team in Johannesburg, focused on key accounts, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Duties:

• Respond to incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally

• Process customer quotations and purchase orders efficiently

• Attend to customer queries and walk-in clients

• Coordinate with various departments including accounts, dispatch, embroidery, and buying to meet customer needs

• Ensure all quotes and purchase orders are completed within the required time frames

• Submit all relevant paperwork accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Grade 12

• 5 years’ Internal Sales experience and dealing with key accounts

• Reasonable knowledge of all products sold by the organisation

• Computer literacy is a mus ton:Excel,Word,Outlook and Syspro
