Internal Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities Customer support: Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in queries, ensuring prompt and professional service. Sales processing: Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on deliveries. Product knowledge: Advise customers on suitable bolts, nuts, and fasteners for their applications. Relationship management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales, quotations, and customer interactions. Requirements Previous internal sales experience, preferably in the fastener or hardware industry. Strong knowledge of bolts and nuts, fasteners, and related products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems).
