Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential high-value merchants in Ndola and Kitwe.
• Introduce and promote payment solutions (card payments, POS solutions, etc.).
• Build strong relationships and secure long-term merchant partnerships.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on leads and activities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition targets.
• Provide excellent service and ensure merchant satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Grade 12 Certificate or Diploma and above
• Passion for sales and business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literacy is an advantage
• Previous sales or field experience is an added advantage
