As a Human Resources Manager, you will lead the HR function across our operations in Chingola and Chilibombwe. Your responsibilities will include overseeing payroll administration, ensuring compliance with Zambian labour laws, and implementing best practices tailored to the mining sector. This full-time position demands strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to managing people and organisational development.

Key Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources, preferably within the mining industry.
• Full membership in good standing with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
• Demonstrated expertise in payroll administration and familiarity with payroll management systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Zambian labour legislation, HR best practices, and mining health and safety regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and people management capabilities.
• Male candidates are preferred for this role.
• A Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Public Administration.
