Join Our HR Team in JHB

We are currently seeking a skilled HR & Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be outsourced to one of our clients in Lanseria for the first 4-6 months and then be considered to join our team based in Edenvale as a consultant.

About the Role:

• Work closely with the HR team to develop hiring strategies
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment processes
• Assist in onboarding, exiting and training employees
• Provide HR consultancy services to personnel and management
• Provide IR advice and draft relevant documentation for disciplinary issues 
• Manage performance processes and provide advice to management

Qualifications & Skills:

We are looking for candidates with qualifications in Certificates/Certification, Diplomas, Post Graduate Degrees, or Under Graduate Degrees in Human Resources or related fields. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in HR management, consulting, or personnel roles.

Key Requirements:

• Experience as an HR Manager, HR Consultant, or Personnel Officer
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities
