About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions within our growing company. The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and workforce planning to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices. 
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition for office and project-site positions. 
• Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and retention programs. 
• Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives. 
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations, and company policies. 
• Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary procedures. 
• Manage compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and leave administration. 
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare management reports. 
• Support workforce planning for construction projects and operational needs. 
• Coordinate training and capacity-building programs for employees.
