We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR advisor to the Executive Team and Board of Directors on all talent-related decisions, organizational structure, and compliance risks.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's mission and future growth plans.
- Define and manage the overall HR department structure, goals, and metrics.
- Directly manage and control the entire HR budget, providing regular reports and forecasts to the executive team.
- Ensure all compensation practices are fiscally responsible, competitive, and compliant.
- Establish, implement, and enforce all company HR policies, ensuring rigorous compliance with all federal and local labor laws.
- Handle all escalated legal and regulatory matters concerning employees and HR operations.
- Oversee and maintain all official HR documentation and records.
- Design and lead the company's recruitment strategy, ensuring the hiring process supports current needs and future capacity.
- Develop and manage performance appraisal, career development, and succession planning programs.
- Oversee the administration of the company's benefit programs, including annual enrollment and vendor management.
