Previous experience as a Porter, Bellman or in a similar guest-facing role within a luxury hotel, lodge, guest house or hospitality establishment is essential.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable guest experiences.
Well-presented, professional and courteous.
Physically fit and able to assist guests with luggage and other porter duties.
Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Reliable, trustworthy and able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills in English (Afrikaans will be advantageous).
Familiarity with the local area and ability to provide guests with directions and general information will be advantageous.
Valid driver's licence will be advantageous.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
