Role Overview:

The Homeware Manager will oversee the homeware department, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage daily operations and team performance

• Implement merchandising strategies to maximise sales
  
• Monitor stock levels, ordering, and replenishment
  
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
  
• 2-3 years of retail sales experience in homeware sales in a retail environment
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills
  
• Sales-driven with excellent business acumen
  
• Passion for homeware and interior trends
  
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
