A rare opportunity for a Head Pastry Chef to lead an international team of top chefs creating exceptional dining experiences at this unique ultra luxury private resort based in the Seychelles catering to UHNW clientele. As Head Pastry Chef you’ll take ownership of pastry & bakery departments across multiple outlets, in room dining, deli & destination dining, you’ll be highly creative developing daily menus for casual to fine dining levels & happy to engage with guests. · Successful candidates will be skilled in both pastry & bakery departments, as well as experience with chocolate. · European cuisine specialists with exposure in the Middle East · Michelin exposure &/ or award-winning restaurant background · This is a remote location, single status travel only Salary Package: $4550 tax free + single expat benefits + fantastic staff facilities
