REPORTS TO: Company Secretary OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB: Provide professional Risk Management inputs to the development and maintenance of BTC’s corporate strategy to support the delivery of shareholder value. Develop, implement and maintain Enterprise Risk Management, Security, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery policies and frameworks across BTC. Provide professional Risk Management advice to Management and ensure compliance with Risk Management and Security policies through effective monitoring, reporting and recommendations for improvement. Lead the identification, assessment, monitoring and mitigation of enterprise risks to enhance business resilience and support informed decision-making. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including National Security Agencies, to ensure compliance with national security requirements and regulatory obligations. Provide strategic leadership to the Risk Management function by developing a high-performing team and fostering a proactive risk management culture that supports BTC’s strategic objectives.

• Provide professional Risk Management advice to Management and ensure compliance with Risk Management and Security policies through effective monitoring, reporting and recommendations for improvement.

• Requirements
• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
• 9 years’ professional experience in Risk Management and Security.
• 3 years’ managerial experience in Risk Management.
• Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP)
• Post Graduate Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management.
• Membership of any other recognized professional association will be an added advantage.
