Job Purpose
- The Head of Risk Management is responsible for establishing, implementing, and overseeing an enterprise-wide risk management framework that identifies, assesses, mitigates, and monitors risks across the organization.
- The role ensures the organization operates within acceptable risk appetite while supporting strategic growth, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
- Master’s degree MBA or relevant field is an added advantage
- Professional certifications such as FRM, CRM, PRM, or CFA preferred
- 10–15 years’ experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience within manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
