Role overview
- You will lead the accounting function.
- You will ensure accurate financial reporting and strong financial control.
- You will support business growth through sound financial management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting operations and reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and forecasting.
- Ensure tax, audit, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor project costs and profitability.
- Strengthen financial controls and procedures.
- Lead and mentor the accounts team.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification ICAN, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience as Head of Accounts.
- Construction industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- High integrity and attention to detail.
