Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and controls the overall collection and disbursement activities of the company.
Supervise E-pin generated by IT is received and distributed to Branches and IBOs after registering.
Supervise the collection of E-pin sales from Branches and IBOs
Make constant Follow up of E-pin sold, on hand and expired
Certifies correctness of weekly commission payment of IBOs.
Check the proper collection of anniversary ticket sales.
Certifies correctness of payment vouchers and signs checks within the amount delegated to him/her.
Certifies the correctness of cash payment vouchers.
Check the proper collection of anniversary ticket sales.
10. Supervise and ensure payment transactions in a way that to verify support documents are sufficient and genuine.
11. Ensure that payments are duly prepared and timely effected to the payee.
12. Check that tax margins and any deductible amounts are properly worked out and computed and timely paid to the concerned government authority.
13. Verify whether payment transactions have got budget coverage and/or special approval.
14. Ensure that payroll preparation is timely completed and effected accordingly.
15. Ensure that payment vouchers are timely transferred to General Accounts Division for coding and entry treatment.
16. Make constant follow-up on the timely transfer of payments to Branches whereby to settle utility bills and other payments.
17. Follow-up on the timely replenishment of petty cash and other funds.
18. Check the timely settlement of per diem and other advances
19. Coach, mentor and apprise employees working in the work unit
20. Perform other related activities as assigned.
