Key responsibilities are not limited to the ones listed under job titles. All jobs are full-time permanent position with monthly salaries. If a perspective employee passes the interview phase, there is a 4-month contractual period before worker is admitted as full-time. This is done to see the applicant’s character and work ethic. The contractual 4-month period may be waived by the company at its discernment. Wages will be discussed and depend on the quality and consistency of the worker’s work and character.
