Job Details

Responsibilities Include but not limited too:

  • Organisational skills - Managing multiple complex companies and record the bookkeeping 
  • Recording transactions accurately 
  • Maintaining accurate, up to date financial records by recording day to day transactions 
  • Reconciling all bank statements 
  • Managing accounts payable (Capturing all invoices and purchase orders - imports and exports) 
  • Managing accounts receivable (Sending out payments receipts, statements, invoices and follow up on payments when necessary) 
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations 
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports 
  • Providing essential data for tax filing 
  • Journals 
  • Petty cash 
  • Any ad hoc requirements and will changes from time to time 
  • Keeping the filing up to date 
Requirements / Characteristics required:
  • Technological proficiency (Especially on Excel and Zoho) 
  • Ability to work on SAGE (Essential) 
  • Adaptable and willing to continuously learn 
  • High attention to detail
  • Analytical thinking 
  • Organisational skills 
  • Integrity and confidentiality 
  • Communication skills
  • customer service orientation 
Working Hours: 08:00am - 14:00pm
