Our client is seeking a skilled Global Accountant to join their Finance Centre of Excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing global intercompany accounting activities, including reconciliations, invoice processing, recharge management, and payment settlements across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile global intercompany accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Process intercompany invoices and manage monthly global recharge processes.
• Prepare settlement details and support intercompany payment processing.
• Provide support to regional finance and operations teams regarding intercompany queries.
• Report on intercompany balances and outstanding items to regional finance leadership.
• Manage the end-to-end global corporate credit card process.
• Assist with supplier onboarding into accounting and banking systems.
• Support audit requests and finance-related administrative functions.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting (preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in invoice processing and financial data capturing.
• Experience working within a multi-country, multi-currency environment.
• Experience supporting global finance operations.

Skills:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of financial processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with TMF, HubSpot, and SUN Accounting Systems will be advantageous.
• Understanding of US and/or UK sales tax regulations will be beneficial.
