Salary: R35,000 – R42,000 (negotiable)
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead operations across our high-end restaurant locations. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Manage financials, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and cost control.
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and retention, promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue and attract clientele.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Foster exceptional customer service, addressing guest feedback professionally.
- Implement strategies for growth, operational improvement, and brand reputation enhancement.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7-10+ years of management experience in the hospitality industry, with 3-5 years in a GM or similar role.
- Strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and understanding of restaurant operations.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
