CORE PURPOSE OF JOB |

Food service assistance and customer service. Knowledge of food preparation, Food hygiene and health & safety requirements |

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS |
- Assist with preparation of food and beverage items.
- Maintain quality standards in food preparation and presentation and in accordance with food, health and safety requirements.
- Work with Chef and/or cook in meeting food preparation requirements based on recipe and menu.
- Provide support on quality food preparation and output relevant to catering events.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS |
- Grade 08. 0-12 months relevant experience in a catering and hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of food preparation, Hygiene, knowledge of health and safety requirements. Great customer service.
