ProStaffSelect is in search of a RESERVATIONIST to manage booking inquiries, coordinate logistics, and act as the PRIMARY LIAISON between clients and operational teams. The key focus of the Reservationist is to maximize revenue through strategic upselling, processing of financial transactions, and ensuring flawless execution of conferences, weddings, and group bookings. REQUIREMENTS: Qualification is event or banqueting management, tourism, hospitality management or similar Experience of Functions & Events for at least 3 - 4 years Impeccable written & verbal communication skills Extremely advanced attention to detail with strong organisational skills, being able to multi-task under pressure and handle all admin needs Highly proficient with hotel / venue management systems such as Opera, Apex, Ikentoo and especially Microsoft Office and Canva etc Excellent understanding of revenue controls, yield management, budgeting, invoicing and processing of quotations and financial reports
