The Functional Consultant will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful implementation and configuration of Core Banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and solution design workshops.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).
- Configure Core Banking modules based on client requirements.
- Coordinate testing activities, including SIT and UAT.
- Support implementation, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Assist project managers in tracking functional deliverables.
