Foreclosure AttorneyPretoria EastSalary: Market-Related Minimum requirements:

Admitted Attorney
Post Admission experience is required
Proven experience handling Foreclosure matters from inception to finalisation
Strong knowledge of Foreclosure processes, High Court litigation and banking Litigation
Experience drafting summonses, affidavits, default judgments and execution applications
Knowledge of the National Credit Act and relevant Foreclosure legislation
Ability to manage high-volume Foreclosure files independently
Experience liaising with banks, sheriffs, correspondents and clients
Strong court appearance and Litigation management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal management systems
Strong administrative, drafting and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
