- Are you a strategic finance professional with a passion for driving business performance, ensuring financial integrity, and providing executive-level financial insights?
- We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee financial reporting, treasury management, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and business performance analysis while supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Manage cash flow, receivables, investments, and working capital.
- Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate external audits and maintain strong internal controls.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to Management.
- Review commercial bids, contracts, and major financial transactions.
- Drive cost optimization and financial process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional certification.
- Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience, with leadership responsibilities.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas sector is an added advantage.
