We are looking for a Finance managers for our Cold Storage Facility ( Safe Pro Cold storage Solutions Proprietary Limited )

Leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Preparing and presenting accurate financial statements and reports.
Managing cash flow, banking relationships, and investment activities.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Conducting financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.
Leading and mentoring the finance team to enhance performance and skills.
Collaborating with other departments to drive financial efficiency and profitability.

ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) qualification.
Membership with BICA (Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants).
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
A bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA is an added advantage).
Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
