Key Responsibilities:
Audit PODs, GRNs, and POs to verify claims and identify discrepancies
Process supplier claims, credit notes, and reconciliations using SYSPRO
Investigate pricing variances, shortages, damages, and claim queries
Maintain accurate claims data and reporting using Excel
Liaise with transporters and internal teams to resolve claims efficiently

Skills & Requirements:
Matric ( Finance qualification advantageous)
2–3 years experience in claims processing, reconciliations, or inventory control
Proven hands-on SYSPRO experience (non-negotiable)
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, reporting)
Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills
