Field Marketing Agent – Multiple Positions

Location: Anywhere within Lusaka.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Promote Huanze Bonanza products and services to potential customers.
• Identify and recruit potential clients interested in becoming Huanze Bonanza agents.
• Create awareness of Huanze Bonanza products and services and increase customer engagement within assigned areas.
• Identify and attract new customers.
• Provide accurate information about Huanze Bonanza products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Meet assigned sales and marketing targets.
• Submit daily reports on marketing activities, customer feedback, and sales performance.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet set targets.
• Must own an Android smartphone.
• Must be energetic, hardworking, and willing to work in different areas of Lusaka.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with different areas of Lusaka is an added advantage.
