F&B Manager

As F&B Manager you will ensure to plan, organize and coordinate activities of F&B department & ensure that various outlets operate successfully and are individually profitable as per standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Assists superior / HR in conducting selection, recruitment and promotion of respective team members.
• Conduct Performance Appraisal and identify necessary training measures of respective team members.
• Identify departmental trainers, assign training responsibilities and meet with departmental trainers monthly.
• Act as a Coach
• Ensure Guests’ / Repeaters’ satisfaction at all times and be totally aware of their preferences.
• Handle and monitor of guests complaints and the relevant follow up action required.
• Set the annual operating budget and ensures that it is strictly adhered to and managed on a monthly basis.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and RM to develop strategies and special events to promote sales.
• Ensure respective FMs are operating as per Quality Management System and S&H Regulations.
• Prepare and communicate the F&B Operations plan and monitors its implementation.
• Interact regularly with guest to obtain feedbacks for improvement.
• Assist in any other related duties or activities as may be assigned by Management to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• HSC Level / Diploma or BSC in relative field from a recognized institution
• At least 8 years work-related experience in F&B operation.
• Good communication skills, proactive & public relation skills.
• Third language will be an advantage.
