MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Agricultural Diploma/Degree
At least 3 years’ experience in Avocado and Macadamia farming
Technical/production experience
HACCP / BRC / SIZA background, advantageous
Strong management and leadership qualities
Computer literate
Strong admin and record keeping skills, good in problem solving, good interpersonal relationships, must be a good communicator
Energetic & hands-on hardworking individual
Somebody who can take ownership, come up with new ideas, and works independently and proactively
Valid driver’s license
