General Supervisor Vacancy.
Chenguang Biotech Zambia is looking for recent agriculture graduates to fill the position of General Supervisor.
We are an agricultural company specializing in the production of wheat, maize and paprika as our primary crops.
Role Summary We are seeking a reliable General Supervisor to oversee daily farm operations, supervise field staff, and ensure safe, efficient agricultural production.
Key Responsibilities
. Supervise and coordinate daily work of farm and field teams.
. Monitor crops and report progress.
. Enforce health, safety, and company procedures.
. Keep simple records and prepare brief daily and weekly reports.
. Train and mentor junior staff.
Minimum Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in Agriculture or General Agriculture.
. 0 – 2 years’ experience preferred in Farm management
. Good communication and leadership skills.
