We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and eager-to-learn HR Intern to support our Factory Human Resources team.
This internship offers hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee engagement, training coordination, compliance, and HR reporting within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding documentation.
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
Assist in preparing employment letters, HR correspondence, and payroll documentation.
Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare programmes, staff events, and internal communications.
Coordinate training logistics, maintain training records, and support learning and development activities.
Assist with HR compliance, statutory documentation, audits, and implementation of company policies.
Support Health, Safety & Environment HSE initiatives and employee welfare programmes.
Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports, update HR trackers, and provide administrative support to the Factory HR team.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
