Key Responsibilities Lead the kitchen team to deliver meals of consistently high quality Manage stock control, ordering, rotation, and regular stock takes to meet gross profit targets Cost; implement, and train staff on existing and new recipes Build strong supplier relationships, ensuring access to the best quality produce Maintain excellent kitchen hygiene standards at all times Liaise with guests and other departments regarding dietary requirements, events, and complaints Apply computer literacy skills, with willingness to learn and use property and stock management systems (e.g., Nebula) Support the General Manager and F&B Manager with any reasonable duties to ensure smooth hotel operations ?
