Duties / Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure and deploy ERP environments.
- Manage system upgrades, patches and migrations.
- Support new customer implementations and live environments.
- Investigate incidents, performance issues and technical failures.
- Assist with integrations, data migrations and solution design.
- Work with consultants, developers and project teams.
- Guide customers and explain technical matters clearly.
- Maintain environment records, deployment guides and technical standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years’ ERP support experience.
- Practical ERP deployment and implementation experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability.
- Experience supporting multiple customer environments.
- Exposure to cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL, web services and virtual machines.
- Integration, data migration and performance tuning experience is beneficial.
Education
- Degree, diploma or equivalent IT qualification.
- ERP, cloud or Microsoft-related certifications are advantageous.

- Clear communicator with a customer-focused approach.
- Independent, organised and comfortable taking ownership.
- Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.
