About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Distribution Centre Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our distribution centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehousing, inventory control, order fulfillment, transportation coordination, and staff performance to ensure products are received, stored, and distributed accurately, safely, and on time.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the distribution centre to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, and warehouse organization.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer and business requirements.
• Monitor and optimize warehouse and distribution processes to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse and distribution teams.
• Implement and maintain health, safety, and security standards within the facility.
• Coordinate transportation and logistics activities to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse operations, and distribution processes.
• Proficiency in ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent leadership, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
