Sales & Business Development
- Prospect & Generate Leads: Source eligible civil servants and paramilitary staff via referrals, unions, and approved digital channels.
- Sell Virtually: Do loan consultations on phone/WhatsApp/Zoom and explain salary loan, quick cash, and salary advance products.
- Meet Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly disbursement and activation goals.
Public Sector & Paramilitary Focus
- Ensure Compliance: Verify IPPIS/GSIS for civil servants and GIRO mandates for paramilitary payroll deductions.
- Engage Stakeholders: Liaise with HR, payroll officers, unions, and welfare units for bulk onboarding.
Customer & Portfolio Management
- Support Customers: Handle queries, loan updates, repayments, and complaints.
- Cross-Sell: Offer savings and other MFB products to retain and grow accounts.
- Report Accurately: Update daily and submit weekly sales/compliance reports.
Remote Work Rule: Stay productive and protect data.
