About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing & Lead Conversion Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through digital marketing activities and converting those leads into site inspections and property sales.

This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage online marketing campaigns, engage prospects, nurture leads, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the company's social media platforms.
  • Create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other digital platforms.
  • Generate and qualify leads through digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage WhatsApp Business, email marketing, and other communication channels.
  • Contact prospective clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
  • Follow up on inquiries generated from advertisements and marketing campaigns.
  • Schedule site inspections and client meetings.
  • Present and explain the company's properties, services, and investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
  • Consistently nurture leads until successful conversion.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and customer databases.
  • Track, analyze, and report marketing and sales performance metrics.
  • Meet and exceed monthly lead generation, inspection, and sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in digital marketing, telemarketing, sales, or related roles, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and social media management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Experience with lead generation and customer relationship management CRM tools.
  • Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
