Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Relevant IT qualification (Microsoft/Information Technology)
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Minimum 3 years' IT support experience advantageous
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, desktop support, troubleshooting, networking, and IT security
Key Responsibilities:- Provide desktop and user support across the business
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network issues
- Assist with server, Active Directory, and network administration
- Support time and attendance systems
- Maintain IT documentation and provide user training
