DENTIST

General Purpose

Our client, a reputable Dental Clinic, is seeking to recruit a qualified and passionate Dentist to provide high-quality dental care and promote oral health among patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of oral health conditions while ensuring exceptional patient care and adherence to professional clinical standards.

Location: Nairobi & Mombasa| Gross Salary: Competitive

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, diagnose dental conditions, and develop effective treatment plans. 
• Perform a range of clinical dental procedures to restore and maintain oral health. 
• Provide patient-centered education on preventive care and oral hygiene practices. 
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, safe, and ethical dental care. 
• Ensure compliance with infection control, regulatory, and quality assurance standards. 
• Stay updated with advancements in dental procedures, technologies, and best practices. 
• Mentor and support junior dental staff to encourage professional development. 
• Participate in community outreach and oral health awareness initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution. 
• Valid registration and practicing license with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Board (KMPDB). 
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in a dental practice. 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills. 
• Strong organizational, leadership, and teamwork abilities. 
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous professional growth.
