Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce or similar (advantageous).
• Minimum 8–10 years' automotive industry experience.
• At least 5 years' experience as a Dealer Principal or Senior General Manager within a franchised dealership.
• Strong understanding of New Vehicles, Used Vehicles, Aftersales, Parts, and F&I operations.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets, profitability, and managing dealership P&L.
• Experience with Dealer Management Systems (Keyloop, Kerridge, Evolve or similar).
• Valid driver's licence.

Key Responsibilities:
