We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will transform complex datasets into actionable insights, create reports and dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools.
- Create and automate recurring reports for business stakeholders.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions and support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
- Monitor data quality and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
- Support data-driven decision-making through statistical analysis and forecasting.
- Document data definitions, processes, and analytical methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services AWS, Google Cloud Platform GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks.
